General Description:
Shenzhen Jie Shengda Technology JSD OI-MS series mV isolation amplifier is a hybrid integrated circuits witch make the mV analog signal proportionally converted into a standard isolation voltage signal,The chip integrates a set of multi-channel high-isolation DC-DC micro Converter and several high-performance signal isolation converter for 0-10mV/0-20mV/0-30mV/0-45mV/0-50mV/0-60mV/0-75mV/0-100mV such small signal amplification and conversion. In addition to the chip isolated power supply for the internal amplifier circuit, you can also outward (signal input/output terminal) provides two isolated DC power supply and two reference voltage source, for extended use of an external circuit, such as a bridge circuit , the reference circuit, and sensors to provide power. SMD technology design and new isolation technologies make the chip achieve three-port isolation(input, output and power supply),and the isolation voltage between them is up to 2500 VDC, and can meet the industrial temperature range, Operation in the wet and shaking harsh environments.

3、mV-level isolation amplifier application examples
Application Example 1: (Figure 4)
Analog Isolation Amplifier measure small signal Vin: 0~30mVDC DC voltage signal; Vout: 1~5V DC isolated signal. Take W1=100K (multi-turn potentiometer), W2=50K (multi-turn potentiometer),when input 0mV, adjust W2 make the output voltage signal corresponding to 1V, when 30mV input, adjust W1 make the output voltage signal corresponding to 5V. Repeat  adjustment can increase the output voltage accuracy, this method repeated 2 or 3 times to ahieve.

Application Example 2 : (Figure 5)
Isolation Amplifier  measure analog high voltage  signal
Vin: 0~100VDC DC voltage signal ; Vout: 0~5VDC isolated signal . add resistor divider at the input port, taking R1=100K, R2=1K, W1=100K(multi-turn potentiometer), W2=20K (multi-turn potentiometer) when input 0V , adjust the output voltage signal corresponding to W2 0V, input 100V , adjust the output voltage signal corresponding to W1 5V. So repeatedly adjust the output voltage signal accuracy can be improved , this method repeatedly adjust 2~3 times.

Application Example 3 : (Figure 6)
Isolation Amplifier amplification and conversion small signal isolation
Vin: 0~50mVDC DC voltage signal ; Iout :4-20mA isolated signal . Take W1=100K (multi-turn potentiometer), W2=50K ( multi-turn potentiometer ), R1=1K, R2=1K, R3=250Ω. Input is 0V , adjust the W2 (Vout at) output voltage signal corresponding to 1V, input 50mV , adjust the W1 (Vout at) output voltage signal corresponding to 5V. So repeatedly adjust the output current signal accuracy can be improved , this method repeatedly adjust 2~3 times. Accordingly,  between  Io+ and Io-will produce a standard 4-20mA current signal.

Debugging mV level isolation amplifier,multi-function high accuracy multimeter moniting the output of , usemultimeter (multi-function multimeter displays above  thre- half ) is better so that the corrected isolator output accuracy is higher  and more precise.
