DC-DC converter usage recommended circuit and cautions

Cautions:
1、Output load requirements
To ensure the DC-DC converter can operate efficiently, reliably and stably , when in use, the minimum output load is can't less than 10% of rated power,and no load use is strictly prohibited! ! ! If you need more low-power DC-DC converter products, please use low-power DC-DC converter or Parallel with a resistor (dummy load)at the output end ,it is recommended resistance equivalent to 10% of rated power.
2、DC-DC converter application circuit
While using, if need to further reduce the input and output ripple, please design an "LC" filtering network circuit at the ends of input and output, the circuit as (Figure 1)shows.to avoid mutual interference,select the inductance should be note that "LC" filtering network circuit frequency have to shifte with DC-DC converter frequency,and select the appropriate filter capacitor,which is not suitable for too big, or will cause DC-DC converter startup.
3、the output voltage stability and protection circuits
About voltage stability,over-voltage and over-current protection,the easiest way is to Connect a linear voltage regulator IC with overheat protection at the ends of input and output.(Figure 2)
4、overload protection
Under normal operating conditions, product output circuit overload has no protection, the easiest method is to connect a self-recovery fuse at input Port, or add an additional circuit breaker.
